In parenting, the important part of it is the awareness of parents that being a model is more needed instead of asking the children to be what parents want.
Give them a role model, show them how to do something right. Don’t forget to also reflect to ourselves as the parents.
If the children do something good or bad, it all are what parents have taught them.
Praise them when the do something right. Say sorry if parents do something wrong, and also ask them to do the same.
In the bottom line, children are just like a copy machine. They copy and paste what they see, and as the closest person to their lives, parents have to aware that they are the prime example for their children.
